MODULAR WALLS
Walls are designed by combining an aluminum frame with single-decorated melamine plastic laminate or aluminum buffer panels. Insulation is provided by polystyrene, mineral wool or aluminum honeycomb.
ACCESSORIES FOR MODULAR WALLS
In addition to products for cleanrooms, we design, manufacture and produce decorative elements such as cabinets, benches and accessories for the passage of materials.
DOORS
Doors feature a fully supported frame, without corners, allowing the insertion of various types of accessories (internal hinges, external or internal pumps). Angled connections between walls are made using a system of our own design capable of eliminating corners and steps.DOOR ACCESSORIES
Our doors can be fitted with a wide range of accessories to suit project requirements, such as visual or retractable door closers, handles, etc.
FALSE CEILINGS
The false ceiling consists of an omega-shaped frame, 65 mm thick, made of anodized and/or pre-varnished extruded aluminum; buffer panels can be produced in a variety of solutions. All materials used are certified Class 1 self-extinguishing.
GLASS WALLS
We have developed an all-glass wall available in two distinct lines: LIGHT and CLEAN. The first features an aluminum structure and accident-prevention glass (6+6), while the second is made with 48 mm double-glazed units for a coplanar finish with the other elements of the cleanroom.
ATEX ZONE
For all environments where there is a high risk of explosion that needs to be prevented, we offer a complete range of pneumatic accessories.
